By using ZEUS Agent OS you agree to these terms.

The service

ZEUS is an AI assistant with a free tier and a premium tier. Premium usage is metered per user with a monthly allowance; beyond the allowance, requests fall back to the free tier. AI output may be imperfect - verify anything important. ZEUS is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

• No illegal use, abuse, attempts to break isolation or rate limits, or to extract other users' data.
• Outside-agent code runs in a locked-down sandbox; do not attempt to escape it.
• You are responsible for actions you approve (e.g. emails sent, events created).

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time.

Billing

Paid plans (where offered) are billed via Stripe. See the Refund Policy. Prices shown at checkout are what you are charged.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEUS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
