Privacy Policy

ZEUS Agent OS ("ZEUS", "we") is an AI assistant that remembers your context to help you work. This policy explains what we store, why, and your control over it.

What we collect

• Account: your email and a salted, hashed password (we never store your plain password).
• Memory: facts you tell ZEUS or that it infers from your messages (your name, projects, preferences). Stored per user and encrypted at rest.
• Conversations, agent runs, workflows, voice transcripts: stored per user to provide the service; encrypted at rest. Voice recording can be disabled in settings.
• Google data (only if you connect it): we request least-privilege scopes (Gmail send, Calendar read/events). Your Google tokens are encrypted and stored per user. We read your calendar only when you ask, and we never send email or create events without your explicit approval.
• Usage + security: per-user request counts and rate-limit counters; salted, hashed records of blocked attack attempts. No third-party ad tracking.

How we use it

Solely to operate ZEUS for you - routing requests, recalling your context, running agents and connectors you invoke. We do not sell your data, do not use your private content to train models, and do not share one user's data with another. Each user's data is isolated by account.

Google user data

ZEUS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the in-product features you trigger, is never sold, never used for ads, and never transferred except as needed to provide the feature you requested.

Storage & security

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Sensitive fields (memory, tokens, transcripts) are AES-GCM encrypted at rest. Access is gated by authenticated, per-user sessions and rate limiting.

Your rights

You can view, export, and delete your memory and voice data anytime in the app, disconnect Google (which deletes your tokens), and delete your entire account (which purges all your data, including Google tokens). Export is available as JSON. To request anything else, email support@zeusos.us.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes it. Backups roll off on a short cycle.
